Family-owned since 1968, we’re located just west of Houston, Texas in a little town in Washington County known for bluebonnets and country sausage. Chappell Hill Sausage produces smoked link sausage in a variety of flavors, bacon, summer sausage, and a special spiral honey glazed ham for holidays and family gatherings. With the perfect balance of heat and flavor, our fresh Texas meats have a unique taste enhanced by our proprietary seasonings.

Chappell Hill Texas smokehouse meats are available in our restaurant and retail shop at 4255 Sausage Lane, Chappell Hill, Texas 77426, not far from picturesque Washington on the Brazos.
